For all things busy Neckbrace…

July 19, 2009

Tony Marshall has recently spent a ton of time revamping the NECKBRACE SUBSTITUTE website. Its new look is quite nice, and what’s most important is that we actually have a lot of content/news/events to offer up now, and it can all be found there. I hope that you take a look.

Also, I hope some of you can mark Saturday, August 15th on your calendars for attendance to a second go-round of the Neckbrace Fest. New venue, same ol’ fellas. Maybe we’ll see you there. Details for it can be found at the site.

New film reviews sprouting out in the coming week as well. Stay Ferguson Reviews-tuned.

Awesome Music Video Postings of 2009: #19

June 24, 2009

This is arguably my favorite song in Tony Marshall’s already-large discography, the achingly brilliant “Eye Of The Storm”, which is track #13 off of Trash Happy. Filmed at the CD release party for that album, which was held at Barley Island in Noblesville, Indiana on May 19th, 2006.

If you want to check out more songs from this set – or the entire thing – head over to the TRASH HAPPY page.

My new film, How To Say Goodbye, is now available to see in its 95-minute entirety. It is separated into 13 parts and has its own page right here on this blog. Just click the page link right on top if you wish to watch. The months of April and May were two long and stressful ones, but necessary nonetheless, as I made the important effort to officially bury the past.

Nostalgic New Neckbrace Music Video

May 19, 2009

While in the midst of the heated (and extremely strenuous) process of making my new feature-length film, “How To Say Goodbye.”, I have decided to keep myself smiling and a bit more relaxed by taking breaks to make some videos with old footage. I came across some footage of Tony Marshall and I’s classic coming-of-age vacation to Myrtle Beach in 1999, so I took the liberty of making the long overdue music video to our Spitting Image recording, “Balcony”. Now you have the privilege of seeing it, if you wish.
